What is Zuku Fiber plus Showmax Service?
Zuku Fiber plus Showmax is a service that allows Zuku Fiber customers to access Showmax service with their unlimited home internet service. Showmax is an internet TV video on demand service with over 30,000 movies and series episodes
Promotional offer
All active customers on Zuku Fiber will get a 90 day Showmax trial. The promotion is available for a limited duration of 2 Months over which Zuku Fiber customers can claim their trial offer
How to access showmax service with free trial offer
A Zuku Fiber customer has two options to get the 90 days showmax trial;
- Dial USSD *502# from your phone registered with Zuku services and select Showmax from the menu or
- From Telegram Messenger – search for Zuku Fiber Bot, enter your account number as #123456 and select showmax
From either options you will receive access credentials plus the link to login to showmax service via SMS and Email
Who is eligible for the offer?
ALL active customers on Zuku Fiber service are eligible for the Zuku plus showmax offer over the 2 Month promotional period
At the end of the promotional offer (90 days) what do I do to continue with Zuku plus Showmax service
Zuku Fiber customer will need to subscribe to Zuku plus Showmax conversion offer, the offer be available at the end of the promotional period at Kshs 250 for a 3 months access.
How do I enroll for the Zuku plus showmax conversion offer
Zuku Fiber customer will have to subscribe by paying a fee of Kshs 250 via pay bill number 320320. After payment, reach out to our customer experience team on 0205 205 205 or through chat from our website. Zuku plus Showmax service will be added to your package and you will receive SMS and Email on access link plus account credentials
How to use the service
Once you receive the access credentials, click on the link embedded, this will lead you to Showmax login page. Use the username and password received to login and continue enjoying the service
Renewal of Zuku plus Showmax service
Toward the end of the 3 months access, you will receive a notification SMS informing you to renew your Zuku Fiber service. The service will be auto renewed if you pay your Zuku Fiber monthly bill on time otherwise at the end of subscription one will need to call Customer service to reactivate the service.
How do I cancel showmax service?
To cancel the service, please send an email to support@zukufiber.co.ke or alternatively call our customer experience team on 0205 205 205
NB: Failure to pay the monthly renewal fee of the Zuku plus Showmax service will lead to drop of the package on Zuku Fiber service due date
