Your new Zuku Voice number:
You will be given a new number, at which any fixed or mobile telephone user in Kenya or internationally can call you at your home.
This number will have the range 020 520 XXXX.
What do you need to do to get started?
- If you already received your free Zuku telephone handset : just call our Customer Service on 020 520 5205 to receive your own Zuku Voice number and you can start calling
- If you haven’t received your free Zuku telephone handset yet : just call our Customer Service on 020 520 5205 to make an appointment. A Zuku representative will come to your home with the Zuku telephone handset and your new Zuku Voice number.
Remember : a call to the Zuku Customer Service is a Zuku-to-Zuku call, and therefore free of charge!

How to top up?
The Zuku Voice offer is a prepaid service, so you will be required to top up your account.
There are many ways to do so, such as
- Mpesa
- Pesapal
- Pesapoint
- at the Zuku points
- through Prime Bank
