Ways to Pay Your Bill

Zuku offers you various convenient ways to make your payment including Mobile Money transfers such as M-Pesa, Airtel and also Visa Cards. To find out more on how to pay for your bill ...

 

1. PAY VIA THE HANDSET

To pay your bill, please make sure you identify your zuku account number on the most recent invoice as you will need this to pay your bill.

To pay using MPESA

  1. Go to M-PESA on your phone
  2. Select Pay Bill option
  3. Enter Business no. 220220
  4. Enter ZUKUXXXXX in account code where XXXXX is your zuku account number
  5. Enter the Amount
  6. Enter your M-PESA PIN and Send

To pay using Airtel Money

  1. Go to Airtel -> airtel money option on your phone
  2. Select make payments option
  3. Select pay bill option
  4. Select OTHER
  5. Enter business name pesapal
  6. Enter Amount
  7. Enter your PIN
  8. For Reference enter ZUKUXXXXX where XXXXX is your zuku account number

2. PAYING ONLINE ON OUR WEBSITE

  1. Click on Pay Online from the top menu (Direct Link)
  2. Enter account details on the form and click continue
  3. Follow the payment steps as shown in www.pesapal.com
  4. For Credit Card Payments, select Visa and enter the details as shown
  5. Click on Complete

3. PAY AT OUR OFFICES

You can settle your bill in the following locations:

  • Gateway Business Park on Mombasa Road, Nairobi.
  • Apic Centre in Westlands, Nairobi.
  • 1st floor Pension House (former Loita House) in CBD, Nairobi.
  • Biashara Bank Building on Moi Avenue, Mombasa.
  • Zuku Office at Nakumatt Cinemax Plaza, Mombasa.
  • Zuku Office at Lwale Place Ground Floor, Nyeri.
  • Zuku Office at Trade World Centre, Nakuru.

4. PAY VIA PESAPOINT ATM

ATM Payment Instructions

  • Screen 1: Insert and remove payment card, then select your preferred language.
  • Screen 2: Enter your PIN.
  • Screen 3: Choose the "Purchase/Payment" option.
  • Screen 4: Choose "Make a Payment".
  • Screen 5: Choose "Pay a Bill".
  • Screen 6: Put in the code for the Zuku Bill you want to pay.
  • Screen 7: Enter your Zuku Client Code as listed on your Zuku bill.
  • Screen 8: Enter your preferred phone number.
  • Screen 9: Select the product you wish to pay for.
  • Screen 10: Enter the amount you want to pay. Please note that you must have sufficient funds in your account to facilitate this payment.
  • Screen 11: Verify that the details are correct and confirm payment.
  • Screen 12: Process is complete; please ensure that you take your receipt as it contains important information about your payment. Keep it safe.

5. PAY THROUGH THE BANK
